Controller
PitStop Detailing Software is the controller for customer booking data.
Data we collect
Account email, booking details (date/time/package), name, phone number, vehicle info, and notes you provide.
Purpose & lawful basis
To provide and manage bookings (contract). To prevent fraud and manage payments (legitimate interests / contract). Marketing emails only with your opt-in consent.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We store payment references and amounts, not full card details.
Retention
We keep booking records as needed for customer service and accounting. You can request deletion of your account data where legally possible.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. You can export or delete your account from the customer portal.
